Comparing the final shapes for KB8

Right now the shapes are converging in that: -
- Mempool & Fractialised both have the same mempool on-ramp
- They all have some aspect of Research Clinic and turning your personal questions into a reading list.
- Curation is “blocky” and lock steps us on-and-off together, but is operationally lighter and shorter than a classic block. Fractalised Tracks gives us all the most leeway and independence to start and stop as needed. Mempool is the most continuous operationally but also lighter, and we manage load primarily by sharing and handing off roles.
- Mempool has a monthly Makeathon that gives it a unique rhythm and meeting point, and a focal point that allows us to emphasise different themes each month.
- They all have slightly different seasonal rhythms. Mempool has a quarterly Big Huggy. Fracatlised has a Big Huggy before Eth Global events. Curated has a Forum Safari celebration that includes all fellows and applicants each block.
